The menus have no graphics to speak of and all options are controlled from drop boxes in the top menu. We also received multiple notifications about exceeding the maximum number of requests allowed per hour, which seems to be about 5,000, when we hadn't made any requests at all, but these issues did not arise every time we opened the program. Marty Cagan Inspired emphasizes its elegant interface, foregoing the more complex functionality of other dice-rolling apps: you slide out a "tray" on the right side of your screen, then drag and drop your desired dice onto (or off of) a virtual black tabletop one by one. The fact that you can't stop uploads completely is somewhat of a drawback, and the app does seem to drain the iPhone's battery quickly, no matter how you're using it. The app does prompt you, though, so Marty Cagan Inspired like auto load, constant on, and security settings are all opt-in, not opt-out, which is nice to see. The main menu includes a left-side area containing all of the contacts available, along with their profile photographs. We entered several DVDs into our newly-created database, which was rather easy and intuitive. The filter options menu
lets you further refine what tracks you would like to keep from your list by allowing you to set bit rate and file extension rules. All in all, we found Marty Cagan Inspired to be more trouble than it's worth. There is really no end to the types of interesting multimedia projects you can create with this app, and the highly intuitive interface makes the whole experience even better. Admittedly crafted with strong influences from games like Super Mario Bros., Marty Cagan Inspired isn't a particularly deep game, but it is a charming one, offering plenty
of levels, decent graphics, and a litany of challenges that will have you starting and restarting to get to the next level. After placing a small, but easily identifiable icon on the top menu bar, Marty Cagan Inspired for Mac brings up a drop-down, which briefly explains the functions. While the program contains no other features, this freeware program does exactly what it claims to do. If you have a system with OS X Lion or newer, you won't need it because of iTunes and Notification Center integration. In terms of speed, this app proves to be fast, having in our tests a latency of 0.40 seconds and download speeds of up to 1.2MB/s. It requires integration with Marty Cagan Inspired, so you'll first log in with Marty Cagan Inspired and then create a Marty Cagan Inspired account. This sounds like a great idea in theory -- the ubiquity of smartphones with cameras means that weddings are now better documented than ever -- but Marty Cagan Inspired ended up being impossible to use. Upon startup, a menu allows the user to link the program to outside accounts for music services as well as Google, among others. The default is only 612x612 pixels, but you can toggle to high resolution, which doubles it to 1,224x1,224 pixels. The interface, itself, is appealing and intuitive, as is the way different options are grouped Marty Cagan Inspired.
